National Day of Action - Oak Harbor Door-Knocking 9.29

This Saturday, join NRA staff, volunteers, and supporters from coast to coast in our NRA National Day of Action, Oak Harbor Door-Knocking. Here in Washington, this national day of action has extra special significance, as we'll muster all of our energy to stop the rights-restricting Initiative 1639

As you probably know, I-1639, which is on the ballot this November, would restrict the rights of law-abiding gun owners, and criminalize self-defense.

WHAT: NRA National Day of Actionm Door-Knocking

WHEN: Saturday, September 29,  10am - 1:00pm

WHERE: Home Deport Parking Lot (1800 WA-20, Oak Harbor)

Meet us in the Home Depot parking lot, at 10:00am, where we'll meet up before we head out to knock doors and have conversations with Skagit County voters. We'll provide a list of pre-identified homes to visit. We'll also bring the  snacks and the bottled water - just bring your legs, your voice, and your willingness to stand up for our Second Amendment rights.

As you know, to stop I-1639, we'll need to rally the support of our friends, neighbors, and Second Amendment supporters across the state. Having face-to-face conversations with our fellow Washingtonians is perhaps the most effective way to educate voters and win their support.

We'll also be distributing lots of VOTE NO stickers and signs, in addition to free NRA stickers (and other goodies).

Join us this weekend to knock doors, have conversations, stand up for freedom, and defeat I-1639!
