Support Minnesota Permitless/Constitutional Carry

Permitless/Constitutional Carry legislation has been introduced in the Minnesota Legislature! House File 188 would eliminate the requirement to obtain a permit in order to lawfully carry a firearm. A law-abiding adult’s right to defend himself or herself should not be conditioned by government-mandated time delays and taxes, and this important legislation will recognize a law-abiding adult’s unconditional Right to Keep and Bear Arms for self-defense in the manner he or she chooses. HF 188 does not eliminate Minnesota’s current carry permitting system as an optional carry permit will still be available for Minnesotans who choose to obtain one.

Your NRA-ILA will work to see that this legislation is given full consideration by the Minnesota House and Senate. Please stay tuned to www.nraila.org and your email inbox for further updates on this legislation.
