Constitutional/Permitless Carry is on the move in Michigan! An important package of bills is progressing through the Michigan legislature that will allow for the concealed carry of a firearm without a license anywhere in the state an individual is legally allowed to carry a firearm. The current licensing system will remain in place and allow for an optional permit to be obtained in order to preserve reciprocity with other states.
This is your opportunity to help support Permitless/Constitutional Carry in Michigan. Sign & share the petition below!
Michigan House Bills 4416, 4417, 4418 and 4419 recognize an individual’s unconditional Right to Keep and Bear Arms for self-defense in the manner he or she chooses. Self-defense situations are difficult, if not impossible, to anticipate. Accordingly, a law-abiding adult’s right to defend himself or herself in such situations should not be conditioned by government-mandated time delays and taxes.
