On Monday, October 30th, Lincoln City Council-members will vote on 19-96 Ordinance. If this ordinance passes, new section numbered 9.36.032 will be added to the existing Municipal Code. The new section will require law abiding firearm owners to timely report to the Lincoln Police Department firearms lost or stolen within the city limits.
