KS: CAMO Day at the Capitol

Make plans now to attend the 2022 Camo Day at the Capitol in Topeka on April 25th! Pro-gun organizations from across the state of Kansas are gathering to ensure the voices of law-abiding gun owners including the sporting community are heard clearly in the state Capitol. We are asking all attendees to wear camouflage in honor of the Sunflower State's sportsmen and women!

Held on the first day of Veto Session, this is your chance to meet with your State Representative and/or State Senator to ask them to schedule Senate Bill 522, which directs the state Board of Education to establish grade-appreciate curricula guidelines to teach firearm safety to K-12 students, based on NRA’s Eddie Eagle Gunsafe Program, and/or the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks & Tourism’s existing Hunter Education In Our Schools.

Get the most up-to-date legislative details regarding our Second Amendments rights and hear from the many dynamic speakers who fight to protect those rights in the Sunflower state! Your NRA-ILA Grassroots Team will be in attendance with FREE NRA-ILA gear and information.

With the challenges our communities are facing, we must remain vigilant and active to ensure our Second Amendment rights are not eroded by anti-gun politicians. This is your opportunity to make sure your voice is heard with other pro-Second Amendment supporters in the fight to preserve our rights.
