Take action on the Frontlines with your Colorado NRA-ILA Grassroots team on Monday, April 1 at the State Capitol in Denver by participating in an NRA-ILA Grassroots Lobby Day! Join you fellow patriots for a day of activism and advocacy in defense of the Second Amendment! FREE lunch and NRA-ILA t-shirts will be provided, RSVP required.

Schedule of Events:

11:15 a.m. - Meet at the Independence Institute (727 E 16th Ave, Denver, CO 80203), where your Colorado Grassroots Coordinator will provide a legislative briefing, t-shirts, and lunch. Parking is available on site. 

12:45 p.m. - Make our way over to the Capitol Building (200 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80203) where we will take a group photo in front of the Capitol. 

1:30 p.m. - House Finance Committee hearing will begin, where HB24-1349 will be heard. We encourage everyone in attendance to testify. HB24-1349 will impose an 11% excise tax on firearms, read more HERE.
