On February 21st, the Judiciary Committee has scheduled a hearing on LB-816. This is another attempt by anti-gun legislators to place more regulations on your Second Amendment rights here in Nebraska. Your NRA-ILA will provide details on LB-816 and how you can get involved and allow your voice to be heard during this hearing on the 21st of February.

Once again, "Red Flag" firearm seizure legislation, LB-58, passed the Judiciary Committee and now heads to the full legislature for consideration. Anti-gun lawmakers are attempting to push this legislation through the process as soon as possible. The legislation could soon be given priority status by the bill sponsor, Senator Adam Morfeld, which will fast track floor debate.
