The 2014 Bullitt Blast/Shepherdsville City Fair will take place at the Shepherdsville City Park on July 3rd - 6th. This is an event to showcase all of Bullitt County. There will be live entertainment, carnival rides, game booths, commercial exhibits, a beer garden, wine garden, plenty of food, and of course as always a FIREWORKS SHOW sponsored by Bullitt County Tourism and Paroquet Springs.
Admission to the fair is absolutely free! Carnival rides are unlimited with the purchase of bracelets. The four days of the fair are packed with a variety of community events. This event is made possible through the generous contributions of our community sponsors. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, or operating an exhibit, please contact us as soon as possible. All exhibitor and sponsorship applications must be received by July 1st, 2014.
Throughout the duration of the Shepherdsville City Fair, there will be Civil War skirmishes and troops marching through the fairgrounds. Bullitt County wineries will be serving their award winning wines. There will be rides, games, exhibitors, and a beer garden next to the live music stage. The Bullitt County Arts Commission will show off their artistic creations. A photographer booth will be present to take your pciture as you are dressed in authentic clothing of the Civil War Era.
The Shepherdsville Fair would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. The fair's general sponsors are: Knob Creek Gun Range. The Civil War Reenactment is brought to you by Ferrellgass, your local propane supplier.
Bullitt Blast/Shepherdsville City Fair is a collaborative effort of numerous community organizations. Proceeds from the fair will benefit several Bullitt County community organizations. The fair is organized and promoted by the Zoneton Trowel Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the historic Zoneton Lodge Hall property in Hillview, and supporting various community charities.
